I probably qualify for my own mini study. I have been pregnant 13 times and given birth to 12 children. I've tried most of the tips I've heard you mention. I've learned it's even trial and error from one pregnancy to the next. A doctor told me to use vitamin K which worked great for some. But never use this in the 3rd trimester because of the blood clotting effect. Also if sickness is in the morning eat a little protein just before bed and have a snack before you get out of bed in the morning. Pregnancy is a wonderful thing, enjoy it.
